How to log in to oBacker Office

On the login page, you can sign in using one of these options:

• Email & Password
• Google
• Office 365
• Email Link (passwordless)

Option 1: Log in with Email & Password

1. Enter your email address.
2. Enter your password.
3. (Optional) Click Show/Hide to check the password you typed.
4. Click Log in.

Forgot password

If you don’t remember your password:

1. Click Forgot password?
2. Enter your email address.
3. The system will send an email to you.
4. Open the email and click the link inside.
5. Enter a new password and save.

If you don’t see the email, check Spam/Junk and other folders.

Option 2: Log in with Google

1. Click Log in with Google.
2. Choose your Google account (or sign in to Google if asked).
3. Approve the access request (if prompted).
4. You will be redirected back to oBacker Office and logged in.

Use this option only if your oBacker account email matches your Google email.

Option 3: Log in with Office 365

1. Click Log in with Office 365.
2. Sign in with your Microsoft work/school account.
3. Approve the access request (if prompted).
4. You will be redirected back to oBacker Office and logged in.

Use this option only if your oBacker account email matches your Microsoft email.

Option 4: Log in with Email Link (Passwordless)

Use this option if you want to log in without entering a password.

1. Click Log in with Email Link.
2. Enter your email address.
3. The system will send an email to you.
4. Open the email and click the link inside to log in.

If you don’t see the email, check Spam/Junk and other folders.

Common issues

• Wrong account: Make sure you’re signing in with the same email that is registered in oBacker.
• Sales link opens the login page: Log in first, then open the Sales link again.
