How to log in to oBacker Office
On the login page, you can sign in using one of these options:
- Email & Password
- Google
- Office 365
- Email Link (passwordless)
Option 1: Log in with Email & Password
- Enter your email address.
- Enter your password.
- (Optional) Click Show/Hide to check the password you typed.
- Click Log in.
Forgot password
If you don’t remember your password:
- Click Forgot password?
- Enter your email address.
- The system will send an email to you.
- Open the email and click the link inside.
- Enter a new password and save.
If you don’t see the email, check Spam/Junk and other folders.
Option 2: Log in with Google
- Click Log in with Google.
- Choose your Google account (or sign in to Google if asked).
- Approve the access request (if prompted).
- You will be redirected back to oBacker Office and logged in.
Use this option only if your oBacker account email matches your Google email.
Option 3: Log in with Office 365
- Click Log in with Office 365.
- Sign in with your Microsoft work/school account.
- Approve the access request (if prompted).
- You will be redirected back to oBacker Office and logged in.
Use this option only if your oBacker account email matches your Microsoft email.
Option 4: Log in with Email Link (Passwordless)
Use this option if you want to log in without entering a password.
- Click Log in with Email Link.
- Enter your email address.
- The system will send an email to you.
- Open the email and click the link inside to log in.
If you don’t see the email, check Spam/Junk and other folders.
Common issues
- Wrong account: Make sure you’re signing in with the same email that is registered in oBacker.
- Sales link opens the login page: Log in first, then open the Sales link again.
