How to Pay for Your Order via OnePAY

This guide shows how to pay for an order via OnePAY.

1) Open your order

You have 2 ways:

Option A: Open from the link Sales sent you

• Click the order link from Sales.
• If you are not logged in, the system will ask you to log in first.
• After logging in with the mail you use to contact sale, open the same Sales link again to return to your order.

Option B: Open after logging in

• Log in to your account using the mail you use to contact sale.
• Go to the left-side menu and open Orders (or the order section your Sales team guided you to).
• Select the order you want to pay.

2) Confirm the order

• Review the order details (service items, amounts, and notes if any).
• Click Confirm to confirm the order.

3) Click Pay

• After confirming, click Pay to start the payment process.

4) Enter invoice information

• Fill in your invoice information as requested (company/personal details, tax code if applicable, address, email, etc.).
• Double-check your information, then continue.

5) Complete payment on OnePAY

• You will be redirected to OnePAY to finish the payment.
• Choose your payment method (depending on what OnePAY shows).
• If you pay by QR, note that the QR code is valid for up to 24 hours. After that, you may need to generate a new payment attempt from the order page.

If payment succeeds but your order status doesn’t update immediately, wait about 30 minutes and check again. If the order still does not update after that, contact our support team.
